The Lama Chronicles is about my quest to become an endurance athlete in the sport of mountain biking. I will discuss what it is like to be 49 year old and try to incorporate all the necessary training required to be competitive in the NUE (National Ultra Endurance) Series as well as being a husband and father of 3 that owns 2 small businesses in Michigan. Lama is my nickname, it was bestowed on me by some of the best friends a guy could have and it is short for "Dalai Lama".

Rode the Barry-Roubaix route today. I had to burn off some negative energy after watching the Detroit Lions lose last night.
